Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “Customer”) and Reddit Pulse, located at 1B, Jalalia Apartment, Sylhet, Bangladesh (“Reddit Pulse”, “we”, “our”, “us”), governing your access to and use of the RedditPulse software-as-a-service platform and the website at www.redditpulse.xyz(collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. You must notify us at ohm.sust2@gmail.com of any unauthorised use without delay.

3. The Service

RedditPulse monitors public Reddit content, scores it with AI, and surfaces relevant posts and comments for lead generation, customer research, and engagement tracking. Features may include keyword monitoring, AI scoring, lead management, direct-message automation, SEO opportunity detection, notification delivery (email, Slack, webhooks), and similar capabilities. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to assist anyone else to:

  • Violate Reddit’s User Agreement, Content Policy, or Data API Terms.
  • Send spam, unsolicited commercial direct messages, or content that harasses, defames, or discriminates against any person or group.
  • Scrape, cache, republish, or resell Reddit content beyond what Reddit’s own terms permit.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, probe, or attempt to circumvent the Service’s security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Use the Service to violate export control laws, sanctions programmes, or any applicable law of Bangladesh, the United States, the European Union, or your own jurisdiction.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to submit, or content that infringes third-party intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

5. Plans, fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payments partner Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise Dodo Payments to charge the payment method on file. Plan limits (keywords, projects, scan frequency, direct messages, SEO refreshes) are enforced by the Service and may be adjusted with notice.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Taxes and currency-conversion fees may apply depending on your jurisdiction and payment method.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. If you believe you were charged in error, contact ohm.sust2@gmail.com within 14 days and we will review in good faith.

7. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (e.g. keyword lists, product descriptions, direct-message templates). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Reddit content, direct messages, and AI-generated replies complies with applicable law and third-party terms, including those of Reddit and of recipients of your messages.

8. AI outputs

The Service generates scores, summaries, and suggested replies using third- party language models. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them, including before sending any message to a third party. We do not warrant that AI outputs are error-free or fit for any particular purpose.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Reddit, Supabase, Clerk, OpenRouter, Resend, Dodo Payments, Hetzner Cloud, Vercel, and Serper. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party outages, content, or policy changes.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, user interface, branding, and documentation, is owned by Reddit Pulse and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or source code. Feedback you submit may be used by us without obligation or compensation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. We do not warrant that any lead, AI score, or suggested reply will produce any particular business outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, GOODWILL, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reddit Pulse from claims and damages arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, including any direct messages, replies, or communications you send via the Service.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, use the Service in a way that endangers other users or exposes us to legal risk, or if required by law. You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (fees owed, IP, disclaimers, limits, governing law) will do so.

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, cancel before the effective date.

16. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any order form, the Privacy Policy, and any referenced policies, form the entire agreement between the parties on this subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
